The speeds we show are for your address, not a national average.
What the address check shows
It shows the download and upload speed of each package available at your address.
Where we show a "never below" figure, that's the slowest it should get. If it drops below that and we can't put it right, you can leave.
What affects your speed
Whose line reaches your address decides what's possible there. Inside your home, Wi-Fi, older devices and how many people are online all make a difference.
If it's slower than it should be
Ring us. If it's our end, we fix it. If it's the line into your house, we report it, chase it and tell you what's happening.
