A small team in Hornsea. Not a call centre, not a chat window that turns out to be a robot, and not somebody in another country reading from a script about your street.

We're here because rural East Yorkshire has had years of broadband that nobody would own up to, and because the fix isn't complicated — put decent equipment in, buy enough room on the line, and answer the phone.
