Business

Business broadband, and one local team to ring

We run our own equipment in the exchange at Leven and the connection out of it, so when your business needs an answer you're talking to the people responsible for it.

Everything past the line is ours

The line into your building comes from Openreach or MS3. Everything after it is our own equipment, so there's no bigger provider between you and the fix.

One number, whoever's fault it is

If it's our end, we fix it. If it's the line, we report it, chase it and tell you what's happening.

Sends as fast as it receives

On MS3's fibre the upload matches the download, which matters for video calls, cloud back-ups and sending large files.

Frequently asked questions

Is business broadband available at my address?

Put your postcode in and pick your address. You'll see what each network can do there in about ten seconds, and we don't ask for an email address.

Where do you offer business broadband?

Around Hornsea, Leven and Brandesburton, and on MS3's fibre in parts of Hull, Hessle and Hedon. It varies by street, so check the address rather than the town.

Who do I ring if the connection goes down?

Us. If it's our equipment we fix it. If it's the line into your building, that's the network's engineer, but we report it, chase it and keep you told.

Check availability

When you check an address we set a cookie, so we know it's you if you come back. Nothing here needs it — say no and it's gone for good. What we keep.
