Made inEast Yorkshire.

We're not a big company reselling somebody else's broadband with our name on the bill. We put our own equipment in and we look after it ourselves — so the person who answers the phone is the person who can do something about it.

Takes about ten seconds. No email address, no sales call.

EAST YORKSHIRE BROADBAND ENGLAND HORNSEA

The same cables as the big names

We reach your house down exactly the line BT, Sky or TalkTalk would use. We're not a smaller, riskier version of them — on the connection into your home we're level with them.

Nothing gets dug up

The cables are already in the ground, so no trenches down your street and no patch of tarmac that never quite matches.

One number, whoever's fault it is

If it's our end, we fix it. If it's the line into your house, that's Openreach's engineer — but we report it, we chase them, and we tell you what's happening. You ring us either way.

Before anything else

Four things people ask before they'll leave a name they know

Fair questions, all four of them. Here are the straight answers.

01

“Are you a proper provider, or a bloke with a website?”

We get at the cables that serve your home exactly the same way BT, Sky and TalkTalk do. On the part that actually carries your broadband, we're on identical footing with them.

02

“Will you dig up my street and leave it in a state?”

No. The cables are already in the ground. There's nothing to lay and nothing to make good afterwards.

03

“Will I be without broadband while it's being sorted?”

If you're on an Openreach line now, most people move across without an engineer visit at all. The address check will tell you which one you are rather than us promising in general.

04

“Will I lose the number I've had for forty years?”

No. We move it across with you.

What changes, and what doesn't

Two columns, no cleverness.

Stays exactly as it is

Nothing you have to do

  • The cables into your house — the same ones you're using now
  • Your phone number — we move it across with you
  • Your street — nothing dug up, nothing fenced off
  • Usually the box on your wall — on an Openreach line, most people need no visit

Changes

And that's the lot

  • Who you ring — a small team in East Yorkshire, not a call centre
  • How much room there is on your line at eight o'clock on a Sunday
  • The bill

No surprises

The price you agree is the price you pay

No increase halfway through your contract. Not a smaller one than everybody else's — none. What you sign up at is what you pay until the contract ends.

About your landline

The old phone network is being switched off, so every landline in the country is moving onto broadband. Yours will too, whoever you're with. It keeps your number and it works the same — but because it runs over broadband, it needs power. If anyone in the house relies on that phone, say so when you order and the battery backup is free.

So — can we reach you?

Put your postcode in and you'll get a yes or a no about your address, with the real speeds for your line. No email address, no sales call.

Or ring 01964 000 000 and we'll check it for you.
